The Realme 11 Pro+ 5G comes in two variants. The phone’s standard version has 8GB RAM and 256GB storage and costs Rs. 27,999. The other model has 12GB RAM and 256GB storage and costs Rs. 29,999.

Both phones weigh about 189 grams and have a textured surface for a good grip and a pleasant feel when held. The back panel has a stitch-like pattern running vertically through the center, giving the phone a stylish appearance similar to a leather jacket.

Conclusion

The Dimensity 7050 5G chipset is quite new, but it’s very similar to the Dimensity 1080 in the Realme 10 Pro+ and the Dimensity 920 in the Realme 9 Pro+.

Since the AMOLED screen is also the same as the one on the Realme 10 Pro+, it’s understandable if the new 11 Pro+ doesn’t feel like a major upgrade. It’s important to note that the 10 Pro+ wasn’t a globally available phone.

The only thing missing in the Realme 11 Pro+ is splash resistance. Xiaomi has been offering smartphones with IP53 ratings for a long time, and we expected Realme to do the same.

Although this basic protection doesn’t offer much, it does give some peace of mind when it’s raining outside or when you have your phone in the same room while showering.

The Realme 11 Pro+ 5G has an in-display fingerprint scanner integrated into the screen. The fingerprint sensor works very smoothly and is quite fast. It would have been more suitable if the scanner was placed slightly higher on the screen rather than near the bottom.
