OnePlus Buds 3 is the latest True Wireless Stereo (TWS) earbuds introduced by the company. After entering the TWS Yearbud market with OnePlus Buds in mid -2020, the company left OnePlus Buds 2 and introduced Buds Z and Buds Z2 at the end of 2020 and 2022 respectively.
Buds 3, the original budgets and buds appear to be integrated into the Z range. It seems that the company felt that having a lot of earbuds in the market could cause confusion, and so they decided to merge two main lines into one.

Design and comfort
OnePlus Buds 3 offers an familiar design. They are largely similar to their predecessor, OnePlus Buds 2, with a small charging case and in-age design that consists of silicone ear tips and stem. The earbuds are light and have a smooth, metallic finish that looks premium.
In terms of fit, OnePlus Buds 3 are comfortable, but it depends on how your ears feel. It is important to experiment with different sizes of ear tips involved so that you can find a safe and snug fit. However, some users may feel that earbuds become a bit tedious when wearing long.
Audio quality
One of the biggest features of OnePlus Buds 3 is his audio performance. Each earbud has a 6mm tweeter and 10.4mm woofer, which balances and wide the overall sound. The bass is strong but not heavy, and the mids and high are well defined.
However, the Default EQ setting may find some people a little bit of bass. Fortunately, O O O Fi app has an EQ that you can adjust to your choice. The app also has various presets and a custom EQ, allowing you to tune your audio experience properly.
Active noise cancellation (anc)
OnePlus Buds 3 features the ANC, which helps reduce environmental noise. Overall, ANC works fine, but it is not as effective as some of the best options in the market. It cancels low -frequency noise quite well, but high -frequency noise is still noticeable.
If you are often in a very noisy environment, you should probably consider some strong ANC options such as Sony WF-1000xm4 or Apple AirPods Pro.
Call quality
OnePlus Buds 3 performs quite well in terms of call quality. Each earbud contains three microphones that help capture your voice clearly, even if you are in a noisy environment. The callers told that my voice was clear and understandable, even though I was on the busy road outside.
Battery life
OnePlus Buds 3 offers a playback time of up to 7 hours at a charge, while the charging case offers an additional 31 hours of charge. This is slightly better than the average, and must provide the use of the full day for most users.
Connectivity and facilities
OnePlus Buds 3 uses Bluetooth 5.2, which provides strong and reliable connectivity. I did not experience any connection drops or audio sink issues in my tests.
