Nubia Flip 5G: market shares are increasing as more OEMs enter the market. nubia flip 5G, the company’s first foldable smartphone, was announced at MWC.
The device is the same as the ZTE Libero flip that launched in Japan last week – it has a Snapdragon 7 Generation 1 chip, a 50MP main camera and a 6.9″ OLED display.
Flip 5G comes with a 6.9″ foldable OLED screen that has a resolution of 1,188 x 2 790px and a refresh rate of 120Hz. A circular 1.43″ cover screen, with a 466 x466px resolution, is attached to the main panel.

The secondary panel is a viewfinder that can be used for selfies taken with the 50MP camera. It can also be utilized to make calls, control media, display weather information, and perform other simple tasks.
Nubia’s Flip 5G has a dual rail suspended hinge which can handle over 200,000 unfolds. This is more or less industry standard.
The Flip 5G has a 50MP camera and a depth assistor of 2MP on the back. The Flip 5G also features a 16MP camera on the front and a 4,310mAh battery that supports 33W charging.

Flip 5G will be priced at $599, making it the most affordable folding smartphone on the market. Nubia confirmed that it will be available in gold and black colors.
Nubia has not yet announced a date for the launch or the market availability but these details are expected to be released sooner rather than later.
